Koshibxchan

I am an empty vessel, a shell of my former self. No matter how much I wish for more, dream for more, and yearn for more- I cannot have more. I have seen too much, I have felt too much, I have gone through too much. It is for that reason that I am left wanting, that I can no longer be fulfilled. Too much of me has been taken and there is no longer a part of me that can fill the void. I am nothing- just a shell of what could have been.

The light is shining, the birds are chirping, and there is not a single cloud in sight. How can there be such a difference between what is seen and what is felt? Because my insides are melting, my heart is barely beating, and my breath is almost nonexistent. How can there be such a difference between what is seen and what is felt? Because the air is warm but my insides are cold. Because everyone is moving around me but I am stuck. Because the Sun is high in the sky but the black hole is consuming me. How can there be such a difference between what is seen and what is felt?
